FOUR TIMES IRISH TARMAC RALLY CHAMPION ON THE SIDELINES
Reigning Irish Tarmac Rally Champion, Eugene Donnelly will not be going for his record breaking fifth consecutive Tarmac title, and will therefore not be starting the Circuit of Ireland Rally at Easter.
